I am using a Mac and I don t know how to save my document as a pdf including the comments

The default is to include markup in printed/PDF output. Use File> Print then click the PDF button at the bottom of the Print dialog.
If the markup isn't shown in the Quick Preview open the Copies & Pages list & select Microsoft Word. Then open the Print What list & select Document showing markup.

If the solution here doesn't work for you it suggests that the issue is different even though symptoms may be similar.
Please submit a new message stating all particulars including specific macOS & Office Version Numbers. Include screen shots if the might help identify the problem.
For future reference it's better to not Reply in an existing thread unless offering a viable suggestion or solution to the OP. There are several reasons for that but one of the most important is that your "add-on" may never be seen, especially in threads which have been marked as Answered.
I'm still getting a PDF from this process that doesn't show marginal comments. Anything else I can try?
