Microsoft Account Login Goes To GoDaddy

I purchased Outlook 365 from GoDaddy over a year ago as they claimed there would be no more support for a webmail interface. Up until yesterday, I never tried to login to my MS account since that point in time. I purchased a OneDrive Business license yesterday, but now I realize that I cannot get into my MS work/school by any means, It keeps redirecting to sso.godaddy.com! Their support is less than desirable, the support people I get either don't understand OR they say someone is working on it and will get back to me.

I have tried different browsers on different machines on different networks, even my phone, but I can't get logged into my MS work/school account. Have cleared all cache and cookies from each browser, have used Incognito and InPrivate modes. Have tried on a Mac w/ a Safari browser. Just cannot get in to my MS account no matter what. It keeps redirecting to GoDaddy.

It seems like there is some type of connection between my MS account and that 365 outlook I have at GoDaddy. I don't get it.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

Ahhh yes, I purchased 365 Outlook through GoDaddy, so my domain is federated and basically I'm screwed from logging into my MS account.

So I have this newly purchased OneDrive Business subscription that I cannot access and use. Is there a way to change the email address on this subscription? I can login to the Azure portal but the subscription is not displaying there. I see that a domain has been assigned (xxxx..onmicrosoft.com) to the org name, is there a way to login with this maybe?

    Hello Larry Brown4,

Good day! Thanks for posting in Microsoft Community.

Based on your description I understand when you try to log in to your Microsoft account it is redirecting you to GoDaddy. May I know how did you purchase this Microsoft account/license that is redirecting you to GoDaddy? If you purchased the work/school account in question via GoDaddy then this is an expected behavior as it will direct, you to log in via GoDaddy. However, if you did not get this account via GoDaddy kindly let me know the details of how you got it, and I will advise you accordingly.

We are looking forward to your reply. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
