Let's try reset your Microsoft store and restart your PC.
- Open Settings. (Windows Key + I)
- Go to Apps -> Apps & features.
- On the right side, look for Microsoft Store and click it.
- The advanced options link will appear. Click it.
- On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store to default settings.
- Restart your PC
If it doesn't fix the issue please try reinstalling MS Store via PowerShell:
- Right-click your Start Menu icon
- Select Windows PowerShell (admin)
- On the window that pops up, type Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} and press Enter
- Reboot your PC
- Check if the issue persists
