I have tried deleting a game or two I got from the Widows Store, and I cant figure out how. I tried using the help and support page and everyone says to right click the icon and options or unpin from start or delete would appear. I keep right clicking the tile and nothing happens. I also need help on how to rearrange tiles. Keep in mind I have the Windows 8.1 program installed. Please help!

What do you see when you right-click on a Tile on the Windows 8.1 Start Screen?  What options, if any, are presented to you at the bottom of the screen?

What happens if you test with another Mouse?

When I right click on the tile, nothing happens. When I left click on the tile, it just opens the app. I have also tried dragging the tiles to move them but they wont do that either. I have also shut down my laptop and turned it back on but that made no difference. Before I started using windows 8.1, everything worked just fine. Right clicking used to work but now it doesn't do anything. There is no options bar at the bottom at all. I can't even get it to work using the touch screen method. I would try using a different mouse but I don't have any others. All I have is the touch pad on the computer.

Perhaps you can borrow a Mouse from a friend or relative just to check it out?

When you are in the Desktop App do you have a TaskBar?

    Does everything work correctly otherwise?

Most new machines come with a recovery partition allowing you to go back to the time of purchase, you will have to check your user guides (or the manufacturer's Web Site) for instructions.  Choosing that path requires you to save all valuable data first.  Unfortunately upgrading to Windows 8.1 may lose such Recovery Partition.

These options are built-in to Windows 8 also.
