Hello, Dustin Ryan
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Many printer and peripheral drivers are designed for the x86 architecture, not ARM. Even if they claim to support ARM, you might still run into compatibility issues. The same goes for docking stations (like the WD19), other programs (like Chrome Enterprise and Forticlient), and resolution problems. The root cause is that while ARM architecture is very common in mobile devices, it's still being gradually adopted in desktops and laptops, so some compatibility issues are still being worked out. Also, when running x86 or x64 applications on ARM devices, Windows 11 uses emulation. This emulation can affect the efficiency and accuracy of graphics processing, leading to resolution scaling errors.
In short, Windows on ARM still has room for improvement. I recommend providing feedback to the developers through the Feedback Hub. Asking in Microsoft Community might not be very effective since developers don't monitor the community, and the community can't reach the developers.

However, compatibility on ARM isn't just Microsoft's responsibility. Hardware manufacturers and software developers also need to work together to keep improving.
