How can I set up a quiz in Microsoft forms to auto-grade the quiz and if they fail to have them retake the quiz?

I have to set up trainings which require assessments at the end of them. I want to be able to grade the quizzes automatically while if they fail it can redirect them to retake the quiz. Is this something that is possible with Microsoft forms?

    Dear GH-NWDS,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft forum.

Auto-Grading is possible in Microsoft Forms. Auto-grading kicks in for any multiple-choice, text, or ranking question if you have marked or entered the correct answer to a question. By default, your quiz settings will “Show results automatically,” which means that after students submit the quiz, they can click a button to view their results. On this “View Results” page, they can see which questions they answered correctly or incorrectly, given you marked the correct answer when creating the quiz.

A self-grading quiz allows the test taker to see their correct and incorrect answers after they submit the quiz. They simply select “View Results” to see the score and answers. In addition, you can include feedback for specific answers on choice questions.

Regarding retaking the quiz, there’s no setting or option in Microsoft Forms which will suggest recipient to re-take the quiz. As a workaround, you can let the test takers know the minimum points to pass the quiz. If the points are below the passing marks, they can take the test again by clicking Submit another response.
