We appreciate your prompt reply. Power management may affect your bluetooth devices after being idle, we suggest that you disable the option to allow the computer to turn off the device to save power. Kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Right-click on Start, and select Device Manager.
    2. In Device Manager, click the arrow next to Bluetooth, and select the Bluetooth radio.
    3. Right-click the Bluetooth radio and select Properties.
    4. Select the Power Management tab, and see if there is a check next to Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Kindly get back to us with the results.

    Xylee Del

Thanks for the information, followed your instructions and unchecked the box Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. Unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I hope you will have some additional suggestions.

    Thanks
