Azure AD DS - is there an MFA for logins that works with it?

My question is fairly simple and I don't know if there is an adequate product/way of performing this right now.
Is there some way to use AD DS and a server/desktop/RDS Login MFA tool?

I know its achievable with normal AD and RSA or something of that nature but didn't know if AD DS currently supported anything like this or an integration of that type.
Any suggestions would help

The short answer is ADDS does not support it directly.

However, if you configure the resource forest in Azure AD DS, then users in the account forest (on-premise) can access the resource forest (Azure AD DS).

So, you can configure the account forest to use MFA and these users can access Azure AD DS using MFA.
