Certification renewal validity period does not mention if it is at the point where you start it or finish it.

Question

I started my certification renewal on 8 of September 2022 at 21h (validity period until 23h59), finished it on 9 of September at 2h.
After submitted it, got an error and now it's impossible to retake it because of the validity period has expired...
