Hey there,

We have 3 users in an environment of ~25 users that keep getting an error randomly during the day:

239358-0x607-error.png

We have a pooled hostpool with 3 session hosts and did not change any RDP settings in the hostpool. Also i checked the event logs on this error, but found only this 2 entries:

Event ID 40, TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager

Session 6 has been closed, reason:0

And after 2 seconds the following:

Event ID 24, TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager

Remote Desktop-services: connection with session is closed.

Does anybody know if there is a setting for this or any solution? Thank you!

Better late then never; we solved this at the time by resetting the Microsoft Surface Docks and rebooted the Surface devices itself. That solved this problem.

So if you having similar errors, go check basic network connectivity first.
