Mysql slow logs not ingested into log workspace

Question

I have two MySQL flex instances set up and running traffic, I have set up the setting on both of them the same but for some reason one of them the slow logs are not being ingested by the log workspace. To give a little more information about this both of the servers are producing logs and I know this because if I go to server logs I can see the slow log files and download them on both but on one of them if I go to logs I can use queries to put them logs and format them.

the only difference that I can see is they are on different subscriptions all of the server parameters are the same, the log workspaces are set up the same just one of them won't work. I have put screenshots below to show what I am talking about.
