After upgrading to Sharepoint 2019, when sign in to the application, I got this error

Application error when access /_layouts/15/Authenticate.aspx, Error=The requested upgrade is not supported by 'net.tcp://wvdevwhpoweb001.a925915116168.amazonaws.com:22233/'. This could be due to mismatched bindings (for example security enabled on the client and not on the server).
