How to use IntelliLock in Azure Devops

I have a WPF 4.8 application that I need to build in Azure DevOps. This application generates license files for our products using IntelliLock. However, I see no useful information on the interwebs on how to go about this. Can someone please point me to an article or something that would help me get started?
