CPU core not balance

Question

Hi my PC start getting lag when play games , and I found out that maybe is the cpu problem ,the core 0,1,2 always run at 100% and other core only run a little(normally it should run balance), I don't hink is the game peoblem cause sometime I have the normal cpu when play the same game, and I don't find any high usage application on cpu usage and cpu time
