How do I connect certified profile

Question

Hello!

In my learn profile I have a link named "Connect certifiedprofile"
When I click this link I get No certification profile could be found. Is your certification profile under another personal account?

I can't understand why the certification profile is not connected.

Can somebody guide me in the right direction.

I hope to add a tag that was relevant to my question but this was not possible.
