Issue with Powerautomate importing data to excel

Question

We have a power automate flow set up importing data from Iauditor (safety Culture) to an online excel spreadsheet. This data is missing/skipping data very randomly.

Safety Culture have said that even though one of there ex staff set up the flow, i need to reach out to yourselves for assistance.
