MS-Azure virtual mashine not available

we want use the RStudio (pay as you go) like we see here:

We installed everything,it works.... but we're not able to choose a high performance infrastructure e.g a pc with 80 cores.

We'd like to e.g. to try: E96-24DSV5

RStudio was not bookable via our CSP, so we added a "pay as you subscription" using a credit card.

To work propperly with RStudio, we need to upgrade the mashine to e.g. to F72SV2, which is not offered to us at all.

What needs to be done that we can upgrade the mashine?

You need to request quota in order to be able to use this VM size:

I do not see the mashines at all.
I can't request a quoata.

There are no mashines listed with e.g. 70 CPU and more.

The region check looks bad for us in germany...

Now our "pay as you go" subscription is not available anymore // I can see only the CSP subscription.
But the RStudio server is still available.

The start problem was that RStudio was not offered in our CSP subscription.
So we added: pay as you go

Select Germany West Central, you see the nice mashines offered there which we'd lik to use.
This is different from you region-check-link.

How does this come?
