mudar email principal de login para certificações.

Tinha uma conta gmail e perdi o acesso a mesma e é ela que esta cadastrado meu login para as certificações microsoft. Queria saber como posso alterar o email principal para não perder meus dados e minhas certificações já recebidas. Acabei de agendar uma prova no site e o email principal ainda é o do gmail que não tenho mais acesso. Como posso obter ajuda para essa mudança?
