500 errors when users access Backlog in Azure DevOps

When users in my project try to access Boards or Backlogs they are getting 500 errors. We have tried changing permissions but to no real avail. The problem is only present in users who do not have admin permissions, anyone who is an admin of the project can view the Boards and Backlogs. I can't find any documentation on which permissions to change, so I'm kind of at a loss at the moment.

Thanks
