Add new rows based on cell value within row

I want to split this dataset:

240560-microsoftteams-image-3.png

To create new rows equal to the number in the "Number Produced" column. It would be in another table, retaining just Document type and Date.

So for The first row, there would then become 20 rows saying doc type "social housing" and dated in April.

Also, if there's an easier workaround please let me know. I have several datasets in this format with a range of documents, with dates being on a monthly basis, and I have another set which has one row per document with specific timestamps.
