I am not allowed to register for PL-200 exam

I am receiving this message when I try to register for the PL-200 exam.
'50041: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.'

Can you please tell me what might be the issue? I have entered all the required fields.
