I was a tenant of an Azure provider and I think they removed me from their AD, that account had an active MFA authenticator, how can I reset the MFA status? I can't access my social networks

Your MFA status is service specific. If you use the same account for Azure and a social network, MFA could be enabled for Azure and not for the social network. Or it could be enabled for both, but each would be a different service, with different codes.
