No email triggered for student email verification for student discount on micrtosofy certification profile

Question

I tried creating a microsoft certification profile and put my status as student. To avail student discount for my exam, I tried to input my student email account for verification. I don't see any email getting triggered to my account for verification. Please look into this ASAP, as I am planning to schedule an exam.
