Does anyone knows how to turn off the cookies when setting up a subcription to a Workspace in MacOS?

In MacOs, I do the standard Add a Workspace
Then I enter https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/api/arm/feeddiscovery when prompted for Add Workspace
I enter my corporate email when prompted and click Next
I enter my corporate credentials when prompted and click Sign In
When it gets to the MFA page, it shows Cookies are required and I have no way to enable them since changing the preferences in Safari does not resolve the issue.
Does anyone have a clue how to enable the cookies for Microsoft Remote Desktop for MacOS?
