Request a refund For AI102

Hi Team

I was having Ai 102 certificate exam scheduled. But I was not allowed to sit for exam as the Proctor mentioned that name was mismatched in my Microsoft Certification Profile Name and Government Id Proof. I don't have my last name on profile so i put my first name as my last name because i can not leave that last name field empty.so they did not allow me to sit into exam. I have scheduled AI 102 exam on September 11th 2022.

I already had one exam and they allowed me to sit into exam last time so if I would have been advised any time that this could lead to a problem ,i would have got things updated in timely. Since, I was not warned before can I get a refund for the exam as i won't be considering this as my fault.
