Good morning,
Winter is coming and some blackouts have to be expected in Europe.
We have our services hosted in Europe. Will Azure services be impacted by the electricity potential problems ?

This is a user-driven, voluntary forum... I don't think you'll get an official answer here...
From what I know and think about that... I would suggest Microsoft and all their infrastructure partners are already aware of the upcoming winter and these circumstances and will have everything ready so that nothing will happen to their "European" data center regions!
