Impossible to reschedule an exam

Question

Hi,
I have been trying to reschedule an exam (PL-900) since yesterday, and I keep getting an error message, preventing me to be redirected to Pearson VUE website.

I won't be able to attend this exam tomorrow, and I'd lose the voucher that gave me a free attendance.

Could you help me, or let me benefit from the voucher later ?

I didn't have time to look further so I finally attended the exam and passed it :)
