license policy about visual studio community 2022

Question

If a student user downloads Visual Studio Community (path : https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/ko/thank-you-downloading-visual-studio/?sku=Community&channel=Release&version=VS2022&source=VSLandingPage&cid=2030&passive=false) or Visual Studio Code from the PC of a public institution used only by the student and uses it for non-commercial (academic) purposes, we ask if it violates the license policy.

If possible, please answer in Korean.
