Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 2019) exam

Hello,
I would like to pass the Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 2019) exam.
I live in Vilnius. But the website https://www.certiport.com/ does not show the possibility of passing the exam in Lithuania. Maybe I can pass it online?
