We are facing an issue related to AD user account access. We have isolated AWS accounts for external clients. Their on-premises network is connected to that account over AWS private link and their network doesn't have access to our Domain Controller VPC. We have an AD domain user account for the client users to log in to the servers over RDP but login fails with the error "The logon attempt failed for the remote desktop connection". I'm curious to know why it fails. Can someone tell me what is the exact issue that is stopping us from accessing the servers? Please respond quickly...It needs to be sorted ASAP

Please confirm the network between your Client network and the DC, your logon domain account should be authenticated by your DC.
