Need help for IIS settings for webdav for Office 2013 and M365

Dear Team

We have implemented WebDav functionality to Edit and View word files on server.
We have hosted this site on IIS, the site was built in ASP.NET

if I have an office M365 on client machine then i need to keep the Anonymous Authentication = disabled and Windows Authentication=Enable in IIS then only it works
AND
if I have an office 2013 on client machine then i need to keep the Anonymous Authentication = enabled and Windows Authentication=Disabled in IIS then only it works

How to resolve this issue, I have both offices installed at my end i want to keep just only setting

Hi @Koolprasad ,
You cannot enable two authentications for the same site, the common way is to set up two sites. But if possible, you can try mixed mode authentication. By searching you will find some articles on how to implement mixed mode authentication.
