Windows modules installer error

Hi All

I have few windows 2008 R2 servers and due to application compatibility I could not upgrade,
when I install the updates manually I am getting windows module installer error, when I try to pull the updates from internet i don't get any updates.

Servers has this KB4562030(Servicing stack update ) installed
