Authenticator app is not recieving "approve sign requests" notifications -dead loop

Hi,
I have very annoying issue with authenticator app. I'm trying to reconnect to my SQL data base. I tried do this from visual studio and data store app. I went through all process, but it seems that it is going nowhere. I'm getting third approve request from visual studio and data store app without any notification appeared in Microsoft authenticator. Authenticator app is open. I refreshed my app, removed it, install again. Nothing helped.
Option where you are asked to put a security code from app doesn't work either. Pop up window doesn't react.
Is there any bug with authentication?

I have to say that I do not have such problems when I want to use 2-steps authentication via phone.

    Hi,

    It seems the Auth App is looping in a vicious circle the advice is to reset the MFA via the Azure or O365 portal via the Admin account.
