Equivalent to AIP in Windows Server environment

I<m validating that there is equivalent technology in Windows Server to configure the equivalent to Azure Information Protection in a discoinevcted Windows Server environment. It will be Active Directory based and not merely standalone servers.

    Hi Bradley,

    Did you check the AIP Scanner this is for Onprem servers and devices, you can explore the offline mode via distributing the policies and more info over here clientv2-admin-guide-customizations

    @JimmySalian-2011 do you know if using the AIP in offline mode is the same as Dynamic Access Control discussed here?

    I<m looking at the differences although my instinct would be to default to DAC as this seems to be a server based technology where as AIP stems from cloud. I<m not certain how they differ. I<ll research this online. Any help is appreciated.
