Pearson Vue Exam Report is not loading?

I took an exam through Pearson VUE on 9/17/2022 and passed. When I attempt to view my exam report to obtain my actual score it doesn't load the page. I contacted Pearson VUE and they directed me here for assistance. What can I do to resolve this please?

I'm sorry, but the links unfortunately don't help...

1. Microsoft Certification - Transcript - Missing Exams or Certificates & Missing Badge. These forums don't apply to the problem I'm experiencing and the "ask a question" goes to a missing/error page.
2. Pearson VUE Customer service/support directed me to this website for assistance after spending several hours attempting to fix with them.

I can see I passed and received my certificate and badge. The problem is that I can't view my exam report that gives you the breakdown of how many questions you got correct/incorrect. I want to be able to view my exam score out of total questions, but no one can direct me to anyone who can help me- is there a phone number for support? It appears to me that the page simply isn't loading correctly (i.e. not a difficult fix).
