Outlook add-in not working after deploying the add-in manifest file in admin 365

We have deployed the Outlook add-in manifest file in the admin center. After starting the add-in server and running the add-in from outlook it fails to load and gives error 'login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect'.

The add-in starts loading normally only after taskpane.html page is hit in the browser.
