Wsus server sync time is 4:18 PM,
But I found that after the synchronization is completed, the update software is not downloaded immediately
I found no network traffic at 4:18 PM in the firewall logs,
But I found that the network traffic didn't appear until about 1 hour later,
Why not download the updated software at the same time when synchronizing, but need to wait for a certain period of time?
By default, WSUS only downloads approved updates. Have you approved any updates after the sync?

By default WSUS will only download approved updates. You can change this but why would you want to download updates that will never apply to any of your systems?
