Microsoft Certification ID is expired

Good day!

I hope this question finds you well.

Last 2020, I got certified as Microsoft Office Specialist (Powerpoint). As I was trying to retrieve the certificate, my Microsoft Certification ID and Temporary Access Code already expired.

Is there any chance to ask for another MCID so that I can access the certificate?
