Unable to View My certification dashboard & the earned certficate details

Hi Team,
I did recently acquired the Microsoft Certificate on 19th Sep 2022 (DP-100 Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals) but couldnt see it in my personnel account...Please help to view the certification dashboard and download the certificates
