Upcoming exams missing in certifications section

Question

I have an exam on coming Monday and I want that to be rescheduled. I don't see any upcoming exams/certifications on the portal to reschedule it.

I had to call PearsonVue helpline number to reschedule the exam and after they rescheduled it, the missing "Upcoming exam appointments" section is visible on the certifications page.
