Microsoft Access couldn't lock file

Question

Hi to everyone,
In our LA core bank system（used the MS Access Runtime)We're installed patches(2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x86-based Syste（KB5007286）and (2021-11 Cumulative Update Preview for.Net Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 20H2(KB5007289) ) ,As for the patches, it was the servicing stack update in last Sept/Oct and the culminative updates since then that we continue to encounter the errors(“Microsoft Access Could Not Lock File (Error 3050): Cannot Open Database Error (fmsinc.com)”) , Since we rolled back the systems we no longer encounter the error.

Does anybody know if this is possible and how it could be accomplished?
