Teams lagging when screen sharing

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

MS Teams screen sharing lags during meetings with multiple participants. This seems to be unique to MS Teams as other application are functioning fine.

This also appears to be specific to the desktop app.

The users have tried deleting temp folders and reinstalling the app, but the problem continues.

The users have experimented with the web app for Teams and they do not encounter this issue.

We have been having this issue for several months. It started out intermittently at first, but has now become more common. It is very common in meeting with more than 4 participants. The voice quality is not effected, only the screen sharing.

The screen lagging issue is only effecting the users in out office network.

    Hi @IBN

    This may be due to network issues.
    Have you checked the Teams bandwidth requirement?

    And would this issue also occur on another network?
