Looking at the file dates its likely been superseded. You can check the system file version versus these below. If you find higher versions then the hotfix would no longer be applicable.

I checked rdpcorets.dll
Current installed version is: 6.3.9600.20476
Technically it is newer than 6.2.9200.20927, but we still face this issue.
Workaround is to change grace period from time to time.
