Please i need help on this issue.
We have created a few Resource Accounts, but we are experiencing some issues with Routing.
We have been advised to Change the Resource Account to Teams Only Mode, via the command below. however we are getting an error message.
Grant-CsTeamsUpgradePolicy -Identity abc@onmicrosoft.com -PolicyName UpgradeToTeams
