Profile has been mixed up. How do I resolve?

I assisted a colleague with logging in on my computer with her google account to book for an exam. I registered on her account with her details.
I then logged out of her account and back in with my own account so that I could register for the same exam, however, while it clearly shows my google account as signed in - the details are all my colleagues now on my certification profile.... while I can easily change address details - I obviously can't change the legal name. I have a different MCID to her so it's somehow mixed us up?
Is anyone able to assist me?

Thanks
