Hi there,
I created a free Azure account — but I cannot login using the Authenticator app. It keeps referring me to the code in the app which is not provided. I just want to delete the subscription so I’m not charged after the free month, but I can’t do this without being able to login. Please help.

I have my work and personal Microsoft accounts linked and the work account was the one from which I generated the free Azure account, which is the one that I'm unable to login to without the Authenticator. If I provide that email address, could you send me a similar link to turn off the two-factor authentication? (We don't have an IT department or even IT person.)
You or an admin can mange the two-factor setup on your work account.

Thanks for your reply. After signing into my 365 Account, the Security Info page directs me to sign in using the Authenticator, which isn't working, and doesn't give an alternative (see attached image). Do you know what's going wrong? Thanks.
