how to obtain microsoft certification (softcopy) - Azure 900

Hi Support,

Good day. I am Mr Ong and i just certified AZ-900 (azure fundamentals) on 5/9/2022. however, when login to Microsoft portal, i am unable to find softcopy of my certification. My Microsoft Certification ID: 993694702 and can you assist me on this?
