detecting email attachement in outlook client

We have a customer who is looking for DLP solution for Azure virtual desktop. Is there any option in defender for cloud to meet the requirement below.

Situation - Customer is using google workspace as an email solution but have no control on admin side and they are using Microsoft outlook as email client. Now customer wanted to use Azure VDI with multi-session and wanted to continue with google workspace as email solution but they wanted to ensure that defender for cloud can monitor the email attachment and send an notification to security team if someone send email with attachment. Also they wanted to retain that email attachments.

we asked to use M365 instead of google but they don't wanted to do that as the google workspace was purchased for 5 years and still 2 more years left to migrate to any other email solution.

Any help on this will be highly appreciated.
