OneNote desktop app not automatically installing

We are just noticing our OneNote desktop app is not automatically installing. Why do he have to manually install it? OneNote Windows app is installing, but not the desktop app.

    OneNote for Windows 10 is pre-installed on all editions of Windows 10. OneNote for Desktop, you should install by yourself, you can get the information from this article:
