Office 365 is not syncing with iCloud

Hi, my HP laptop recently installed a Windows 11 update (a pretty large one). Now, my Office 365 Outlook Calendar will not sync with my iCloud. I think the issue is that when I go to File:Options:Add-Ins, the iCloud Outlook Add-In is always becoming disabled. I can select it, and under Manage "COM Add Ins" I say GO, then restart Outlook... but when it restarts the Add-In is back to being disabled.

The specific Add-in is "APLZOD6432.dll".

Can anyone provide some help? I am not a technical person, so the solution may need to be spelled out for me. Thanks in advance!

    Hi @Tim K ,

Glad to hear this issue has been resolved!
    Thanks for the sharing.

However, due to a recent update in forum policy, the question author now is not able to accept their own answers.

So I have written a brief summary of the solution this issue. Please feel free to accept it as the answer, which would benefit others who also has similar issues in forum.

    Issue:
The specific Add-in is "APLZOD6432.dll" keeps disabled.

    Solution:

    1. Select the drop down menu to change from "Manage: COM Add-in" to "Manage: Disabled Items."
    2. Then I click GO and am prompted to select an Add-in from the list to make Active, which I then did (selecting the iCloud add-in).
    3. Make it Active.
    4. Restart Outlook.

    Hi @Tim K ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Do other add-ins have the same situation as being forced to disable after you update Windows 11?
And do other users encounter the same issue?

Please kindly understand that since this is a third-party add-in and I don't have the same environment as yours to test it, I'll do my best to help you troubleshoot it:

    1. First, please remove the add-in and re-add it to check if the add-in itself is damaged.
    2. If it doesn't work, based on my research, i found an thread similar to your issue mentioned that the below solution is useful:
      245114-2.png

More information: iCloud aplzod32.dll is moved from active to inactive everytime Outlook 2016 is closed.

    Hope to help you!

Hi, I seem to have found the problem/solution. From above, I follow Step 1-- except, I had to select the drop down menu to change from "Manage: COM Add-in" to "Manage: Disabled Items." Then I click GO and am prompted to select an Add-in from the list to make Active, which I then did (selecting the iCloud add-in). I then told it to make it Active. So far this has solved the problem-- after restarting Outlook, my calendar immediately re-populated with all the changes from my other devices, as did my iCloud contacts.
